The electronic feed control system, which guarantees constant and uniform motion, has been studied to increase diamond wire efficiency A central rack, maintenance free, is positioned on the rail: This system allows to avoid mud deposit and slip risk. The special feed system, gears on steel cylinders, permits a correct positioning of the machine even on sleepslopes. The aluminum flywheel, directly connected with the motor to minimize the powerlacks, can rotate on 360° To make any kind of cut. The lateral translation is 30 cm per side. The same system allows to make two vertical cuts at a max distance of 160cm, without moving the machine. The horizontal cut can be made without leaving any steps.
Diamond Wire Saw Machine is composed of diamond beads which is stringed together with high strong steel wire.
Diamond beads are produced coating diamond powder on the column steel rings by three types of technics: Electroplating, sintering & vacuum brazing.
Diamond beads are reinforced with rubber or plastic injection and also spring on the steel wire.
The Diameter of Diamond wire saw machine is from 7.5mm to 11.5mm to fit all kind of application conditions: Quarrying, cutting and profiling marble, granite, limestone, sandstone.
